WINCHBURGH, BLOCK Y/Z, WEST LOTHIAN (113 UNITS) – JANUARY 2024

The latest phase of the Winchburgh masterplan has seen CALA purchase Block Y/Z for the delivery of 113 new homes for private sale.  The block is set in a prominent location fronting the new core road and marking the arrival into the new town centre.  Justin Lamb Associates acted on behalf of Winchburgh Developments Limited in the transaction.
