Justin Lamb has over 20 years’ experience in the residential land and house building sector. Justin has since 2009 advised landowners on the optimum land strategy to promote and dispose of residential land, having previously been Regional Board Director of Land and Planning for a national housebuilder. Justin Lamb is a Planning and Development Chartered Surveyor. |
 Andrew Trigger MRTPI
Andrew Trigger joined the company in September 2017 as an Associate. Andrew is a Chartered Town Planner with over 10 years’ planning experience in local and national government. His previous role was identifying, securing and promoting strategic land across Scotland for a national housebuilder.

Iain MacPhail joined the team in April 2016 as an Associate. Iain previously worked for The City of Edinburgh Council specialising in the operation, development and implementation of the Affordable Housing Policy for 10 years. Iain specialises in providing advice on Affordable Housing matters. |
