Justin Lamb has over 20 years’ experience in the residential land and house building sector. Justin has since 2009 advised landowners on the optimum land strategy to promote and dispose of residential land, having previously been Regional Board Director of Land and Planning for a national housebuilder. Justin Lamb is a Planning and Development Chartered Surveyor. |
 Andrew Trigger MRTPI
Andrew Trigger is a Chartered Town Planner with 20 years’ experience in the planning and residential land sector. With over 10 years’ planning experience in local and national government, Andrew has also previously worked with a national housebuilder to identify, secure, and promote strategic land across Scotland. Andrew joined Justin Lamb Associates in 2017 and has progressed to the role of Director focusing on both short term and strategic land.

 Iain MacPhail
Iain MacPhail joined the team in 2016 and has progressed to the role of Senior Associate focusing on providing advice for Affordable Housing and short term land projects. Iain previously worked for The City of Edinburgh Council specialising in the operation, development and implementation of the Affordable Housing Policy for 10 years. |
Conor Scott MRICS
Conor Scott joined the team in April 2024 as an Associate. Conor is a Chartered Surveyor with over 8 years’ experience in the residential property sector including promoting and disposing of residential land. Conor also has expertise in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Build to Rent (BtR) sectors of the market, as well as commercial property. |
