Justin Lamb Associates has been instructed to seek a development partner to deliver a zoned housing site in Throsk, a village which is well placed for travel east via the M9 and west via the M80, and located only 4 miles to the east of Stirling.
The circa 6.27 ha (15.5 acres) site is zoned in the adopted Stirling Local Development Plan for 75 houses, with the capacity to increase unit numbers, subject to planning and technical approvals.
