Justin Lamb Associates was appointed by a private landowner to provide residential development advice and co-ordinate a professional team to promote the site through the planning process.

The role included undertaking a detailed site assessment and evaluation of the market, including the preferred accommodation mix, competitor sites and an indication of the pricing achievable.  Input was provided on the site layout to the architect and engineers to assist in the production of the development scheme.  Liaison and attendance at meetings with the East Lothian Council planning team.
