Shawfair town centre will be the heart of the new town, centered around Shawfair train station, and providing residential accommodation, including Affordable Housing, Private Rent and other tenures, together with offices, hotel, retail, community, sport and leisure facilities.  The overall sale subjects will be the first land release at the town centre and has been split into two sale lots:

Lot 1 – 13.84 acres (indicative capacity for 204 units)

Lot 2 – 10.03 acres (indicative capacity for 222 units)

The subjects have outline planning permission for residential development and there is an opportunity to increase unit numbers subject to AMSC approval.
