Acting on behalf of Shawfair LLP, Justin Lamb Associates has successfully completed a further land sale for housing development within the Shawfair masterplan.  Site AA2/AA3 is situated to the north of Danderhall and extends to circa 6.78 ha (16.75 acres).

Bellway will be developing the site for 135 private and 35 affordable homes.
