SHAWFAIR, SITE O, MIDLOTHIAN (76 UNITS) – SOLD SEPTEMBER 2019

Justin Lamb Associates has sold a 6.5 acre site with planning permission for 76 new homes at Shawfair, “Edinburgh’s new neighbour”, to housebuilder Dandara on behalf of Shawfair LLP (a joint venture between Buccleuch Property and Mactaggart & Mickel Group).

The site when complete will provide a mix of houses and flats.  Dandara join Bellway, Miller Homes and Mactaggart & Mickel to create a thriving new community at Shawfair.
