Justin Lamb Associates, working jointly with Cushman and Wakefield, provided residential land, planning and development advice to Keysight Technologies (formerly Agilent Technologies).  The key issue to address was the loss of employment generating uses, which was contrary to planning policy, as well as reintegrating the site with the surrounding communities.

The role included managing a multi-disciplinary project team to achieve a market-aligned Planning Permission in Principle (PPiP) for 450 residential units which could be marketed to the housebuilding sector.  Having managed a competitive tender process, Justin Lamb Associates was part of the team that secured a site sale to CALA Homes and Barratt Homes.
