OUDENARDE, BRIDGE OF EARN, PERTHSHIRE – UNDER OFFER

On behalf of GS Brown, Justin Lamb Associates are now delighted to confirm they have secured a preferred bidder for the 14 acre site forming part of the wider consented master plan at Oudenarde, Bridge of Earn.  The site is known as R1 and has planning permission for 159 private units.  A new primary school and village core will be developed as part of the wider Masterplan, together with open space, play facilities and local shops and amenities.
