Justin Lamb Associates, working on behalf of a private landowner, project managed a consultant team to successfully secure a housing allocation within the Midlothian Local Development Plan.  Having achieved a planning status and assisted to resolve some technical issues to make the site marketable, Justin Lamb Associates secured a sale to Miller Homes for 34 homes.
