Mavor Avenue, East Kilbride (311 Units and Mixed Use) – SOLD APRIL 2017

This site involved a mixed-use planning process for residential, retail and business use.  Justin Lamb Associates acted jointly with Savills in the site disposal, including open market tendering and full liaison on all aspects of the disposal process with their client, Manse LLP (acting on behalf of Rolls-Royce).

The land sale process included the demolition of buildings across the 55 acre site, and careful management of site delivery including cost assessment.  Barratt Homes West purchased the residential element for 311 residential dwellings.
