EDINBURGH PARK, EDINBURGH (397 UNITS) – SOLD FEBRUARY 2024

Justin Lamb Associates and Savills acted jointly for Parabola in securing a partner in S1 Developments to build the initial residential element of Parabola’s vision of their masterplan for their new urban quarter in south west Edinburgh.

The S1 Developments’ proposal will complement the existing award winning 1 New Park Square office element, multi storey car park, mixed use sports facilities including a Padel tennis court, and the Patina restaurant, bar and bakery.

When complete, the 42 acre site will also offer further commercial space and a concert venue, as well as additional residential accommodation, including affordable homes.
