Heartlands, Phase 3B, West Lothian (122 units) – SOLD AUGUST 2018

Justin Lamb Associates acted on behalf of Green Town (Heartlands) Limited to sell an 8 acre development site in West Lothian.  The Heartlands Phase 3B site had potential for 122 residential dwellings and was purchased by Taylor Wimpey UK Limited.

Justin Lamb Associates’ role included the management of the land sale contract and land sale negotiations, including development of strategy, negotiation of abnormal costs, and the eventual sale of the site.
