DRUM FARM SOUTH, BO’NESS (215 UNITS) – SOLD MAY 2023

On behalf of a private family partnership, Justin Lamb Associates has sold approximately 12.7 ha (31.38 acres) of land located to the south east of Bo’ness and forming part of the Bo’ness South East Strategic Growth Area.  This important gateway site has been sold to Miller Homes, who are planning to deliver 215 units, 32 of which will be Affordable Housing, as well as a park, open space and access to a new neighbourhood centre.
