Drum Estate, Edinburgh (149 UNITS) – SOLD DECEMBER 2017

The sale to Taylor Wimpey of 149 units was secured in December 2017 for our client Balmoral International Land (UK) Limited.

This project involved a full range of skills including community consultation, Planning Permission in Principle, detailed negotiation on Section 75, marketing, legal contracts, Approval of Conditions application, technical consents, abnormal ground conditions (former mining and landfill site), and negotiations through all stages over a three year period.
