Dovecot, Phase 2, Haddington, East Lothian (80 Units) – SOLD APRIL 2017

The site involved working with Geddes Consulting (planners) and Scott Bennett Associates (Engineers) to secure Planning Permission in Principle, drainage approval and education capacity, the latter two under constraint.

Justin Lamb Associates then undertook management of the tender process through marketing, negotiation, legal instruction, abnormal cost assessment and co-ordination of the sales process.

The land for 80 houses was sold to Robertson Homes.
