Our client brief was to secure Planning Permission in Principle for residential development on this 1.5 ha (3.8 acre) site.  Justin Lamb Associates co-ordinated the project team and successfully obtained a consent based on a 47 unit scheme in November 2019.

Following consent being achieved, Justin Lamb Associates was instructed to formally market the site for sale.  This involved market testing, preparing a data room, seeking and reviewing offers, interviewing shortlisted candidates, recommending a preferred bidder, agreeing Heads of Terms and inputting into the legal contract.

The site was sold to Lovell in July 2021.
