BURDIEHOUSE, EDINBURGH (116 UNITS) – SOLD MARCH 2020

Justin Lamb Associates has concluded the sale of a 116 unit housing site in south Edinburgh to Barratt Homes, on behalf of Hallam Land Management.  The 14 acre site is a third phase of housing development for Barratt at Burdiehouse, with the new phase consisting of 86 private units and 30 affordable units.
