BALTIC STREET, LEITH, EDINBURGH (212 UNITS) – SOLD OCTOBER 2019

Justin Lamb Associates sold a prominent 3 acre site in Leith to Barratt Homes.  Formerly an industrial warehouse operated by Travis Perkins, the site had planning consent for 212 residential flatted units (including 25% affordable housing) and 6 commercial units.  This transformative development was welcomed by local community groups as it would contribute significantly to the wider Leith Waterfront Regeneration, and act as a catalyst for further improvement and greening of the area.
