A development of 10 new build apartments.  The role for the client included all aspects of residential land advice from identification of the site to completing the purchase and monitoring the financial performance of the development with the financial controller for the client.

Justin Lamb Associates worked jointly with Applecross Creation on this project and the role included identifying and carrying out a development appraisal on the site, carrying out market research, advising on the optimum product mix, preparing a financial offer for the land to establish the land value, concluding a conditional contact and working as part of a project team to deliver Detailed Planning Consent, negotiation of abnormal development costs and working with the team to obtain an accurate tender price for construction of the development.
