Acting on behalf of Winchburgh Developments Limited, Justin Lamb Associates has successfully concluded the latest land sale at Winchburgh to Lovell Homes.

Lovell are poised to deliver 176 new homes, of which 69 are identified affordable housing plots, at the heart of the town centre on Blocks P1/P2/P3. The development, to be known as ‘Central Square’ will provide a variety of new homes, including townhouses, terraced properties and detached family villas.
