WORMIT, PHASE 2, FIFE (158 UNITS) – SOLD MARCH 2020

On behalf of our client, Justin Lamb Associates was instructed to negotiate the Phase 2 land sale for 158 residential units at Wormit, Fife as a follow on to the Phase 1 sale of 41 units in December 2018.

Justin Lamb Associates successfully worked with the client, project team and developer to co-ordinate and agree all commercial terms, legal contract, abnormal costs and secure planning.  A land sale to Persimmon Homes was completed in March 2020.
