Violet Bank, Peebles, Scottish Borders
The promotion of strategic land at Violet Bank, Peebles involved written submissions to the Planning Authority in response to the Local Development Plan requirements.
Justin Lamb Associates co-ordinated the information required in support of the extension to the Violet Bank housing allocation, comprising flood study, landscape masterplan, site layout plans and detailed information to prove that the land could be developed, including site servicing and ground condition.
The role also included advice in relation to concluding an Option Agreement, including recommending and liaising with the project solicitor on the Option contract.
Justin Lamb Associates sold the land on behalf of the client to Miller Homes in December 2015.
