A development of 53 houses
The role undertaken for the landowner at Violet Bank, Peebles included assembling a project team to achieve Detailed Planning Consent for 53 houses including architect, engineer and landscape architect. This project was taken from inception, with all due diligence being co-ordinated by Justin Lamb Associates including tree survey, topographical survey, transportation assessment and flood study.
Justin Lamb Associates co-ordinated the delivery of a Detailed Planning Consent including Section 75 legal agreement, marketing the site for sale, conducting interviews with house builders, reporting to the landowner and making recommendations on a Preferred Bidder, detailed Heads of Terms and a conditional land sale contract.
A land sale to Miller Homes was concluded in November 2013.
