SHAWFAIR, WOOLMET 1 & 2, MIDLOTHIAN – UNDER OFFER

Justin Lamb Associates and CBRE acting for Shawfair LLP have secured a preferred bidder for two land parcels known as Woolmet 1 and Woolmet 2, which are located to the west of the railway line and Shawfair train station.

The combined site extends to 22.56 acres with outline planning permission for residential development and a capacity for circa 200 houses (20% affordable), subject to MSC consent.
